I redesigned Digicloud Africa’s information-heavy website to clarify its role in the Google Cloud ecosystem and create clearer journeys for businesses looking for a partner and organisations wanting to become one.
Digicloud’s previous website contained a large amount of product and partnership information, but its structure did not reflect what visitors were trying to accomplish. Businesses struggled to understand Digicloud’s offering and find a suitable Google Partner, while prospective partners lacked a clear route to joining the network.
The redesign focused on separating these journeys, simplifying the product architecture and making relevant information easier to find.
A content audit revealed overlapping product categories and inconsistent page structures. I reorganised the content around recognisable Google product families and introduced a reusable product-page template. This reduced the number of structures users needed to learn and gave Digicloud a scalable foundation for future products.
Because Digicloud did not have an established digital design system, I created a foundational visual language covering typography, colour, spacing and reusable interface components. The system balances the credibility expected of a B2B technology company with a more approachable visual tone.
We designed a clean, content-forward interface built around clear information hierarchy and ease of navigation.
This project strengthened my ability to structure large amounts of specialised content without oversimplifying it. I learned to treat information architecture as a scalable system: establishing consistent categories, predictable page patterns and clear routes for users with different goals. It also reinforced the importance of resolving content structure before moving into visual design.
